Graduation will be on a Saturday, at 10am in the morning. I am not a morning person, and neither are most teens. We like to sleep in on the weekend. Plus, I have to wake up an hour early to get dressed and drive to the locale of course. Should I tell them to reschedule the time to maybe evening?
I think you should volunteer to help run a graduation so that you can see how much planning, booking and work goes into one, then perhaps you would appreciate it instead of acting like a self serving spoiled brat. What makes you think you can “tell” them to reschedule it to make it convenient for you? Do you think that when you are a working adult you will be able to “tell” them when it’s good for you to work? Your letter shows how immature you are. No, you should not tell them to reschedule, no one will listen. What you do is get up an hour early, get your diploma and be appreciative to all of the adults that have gotten you to this point in your life. If you can’t go with a good attitude and without complaining, don’t go at all.
